Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1 chopped onion, 1 can hunt's manwich sandwich sauce mix and 1 large clove garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Saute ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet until beef loses redness; drain fat.
Add seasonings, Manwich and water; simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
In a 2-quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce and cheese until all used up. Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
