Enchilada Bake
Enchilada Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Fill tortillas with meat mixture. Place rolled tortillas in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix remaining ingredients in bowl except for grated cheese.
Pour sour cream mixture over top of tortillas.
Add grated cheese over this.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
