Empanadas is an easy dinner. Made with 4 sticks butter, 8 oz. cream cheese, 4 c. flour, pineapple preserves and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix flour, cream cheese and butter.
Roll out dough and cut circles of dough about 4 inches across.
Put 1 teaspoon of pineapple preserves in each dough circle.
Fold the dough over, turnover style; crimp edges with fork.
Brush with egg white. Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
