Emily's Salad
Emily'S Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 60 ritz crackers, finely crushed, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 stick melted butter, 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained well and 1 can sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain the oranges well, then mix in milk and juice.
Fold in Cool Whip and pour into the crust.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Can also be used as a dessert.
Very good served with pork.
