Ellie'S Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sugar, 1 c. white syrup, 1 c. water, 3 egg whites and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook water, sugar and syrup until it reaches soft boil stage. Add 1/2 of the syrup mixture to stiffly beaten egg whites.
Cook other half of syrup to crack stage when dropped into cold water. Add this to egg whites, beating all the time.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Stir with a large spoon until it loses its gloss.
Pour into buttered pan.
