Ellen's Quick Bread
Ellen'S Quick Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour (mixed with enough milk to make a sticky dough like drop biscuits) and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter in an 8 or 9-inch round pan.
Put half of melted butter in bottom of pan.
Put dough in and spread out.
Pour rest of melted butter over top.
Cut dough into serving pieces desired. Run knife through cuts a couple of times to get the butter into the cuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes or so until golden brown.
