Elizabeth's Casserole
Elizabeth'S Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) elbow macaroni, 1 lb. ground beef (fried and drained), 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup, 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 c. whole tomatoes (cut up), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
Add all ingredients except cheese.
Spread 1/2 of mixture into casserole dish.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Spread remaining mixture on top of Cheddar cheese and top with remaining cheese. Top with can of onion rings.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour.
