Clean elephant thoroughly. Sprinkle with onions, garlic, celery, carrots, salt and pepper. Bake at 350Β° for 2 weeks in a deep pit.
This will serve up to 500 people.
If more are expected, you may add the rabbits, but use caution as most people do not like hare in their stew.
