Elephant Ears
Elephant Ears is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/3 c. white sugar and 1 pkg. thawed bread dough (the kind you buy in freezer department), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix cinnamon and sugar.
Combine and set aside.
Pinch off piece of bread the size of a small orange; roll out to preferred thickness on floured board.
Have grease in frying pan hot.
Place rolled out dough in hot grease.
Fry 2 minutes on one side; turn and fry 2 minutes on the other side.
Take out of grease and drain on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon. Enjoy.
