Elephant Ears
Elephant Ears is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/3 c. white sugar and 1 pkg. thawed bread dough (the kind you buy in freezer department), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix cinnamon and sugar.
Combine and set aside.
Pinch off piece of bread the size of a small orange; roll out to preferred thickness on floured board.
Have grease in frying pan hot.
Place rolled out dough in hot grease.
Fry 2 minutes on one side; turn and fry 2 minutes on the other side.
Take out of grease and drain on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon. Enjoy.
