Elephant Ears

Stir flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, baking soda, and salt. Stir in milk and 3 tbsp. of melted butter. Mix until dough forms.
Sprinkle surface lightly with flour. Knead dough 10 times.
Roll dough, with rolling pin into a rectangle 9x5 inches.
Brush with remaining melted butter. Sprinkle mixture of 3 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough up tightly, beginning at narrow end. Pinch end of dough to seal. Cut into 4 equal pieces. Place cut side up on greased cookie sheet. Pat into circle. Sprinkle with more sugar. Bake at 425Β° for 8 to 10 min. Remove from cookie sheet immediately. Let cool on wire rack.
