Electric Skillet Fudge
Electric Skillet Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 c. evaporated milk, 1 1/8 c. peanut butter and 1 c. (heaping) mini marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine sugar, butter and milk in electric skillet at 280Β°. Bring to a boil, then turn heat down but keep boiling for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Turn skillet off and add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into pan and chill, if necessary.
