Electric Skillet Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 to 12 oz.) can coke, 1 c. catsup, 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce, 1 fryer, cut up and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Rub salt, garlic salt and pepper onto fryer.
Place cut up chicken into electric skillet.
Mix together the first 3 ingredients and pour over chicken; bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer until meat leaves bone and sauce is very thick.
Turn occasionally.
