Elbow Macaroni Casserole
Elbow Macaroni Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 pkg. elbow macaroni, 1 large can whole peeled tomatoes and grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat oven to 350°.
Brown ground beef; drain fat.
Cook elbow macaroni until tender.
Blend tomatoes in blender until all chopped.
Combine all ingredients (except Cheddar cheese) until well mixed.
Top with Cheddar cheese and put in ungreased casserole dish with lid.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until Cheddar cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
