Elbow Casserole
Elbow Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. elbow macaroni, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 lb. hamburger and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook elbows and drain.
Place in buttered casserole dish.
Melt butter in double boiler.
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Blend.
Add milk slowly until sauce thickens.
Add shredded cheese.
Fry hamburger and drain.
Combine with elbows.
Mix thoroughly.
Add sauce and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
