To 375Β°.
Shortening oleo with electric mixer on medium to high speed for about 30 seconds. Add about
1/2 of the flour with sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla.
Thoroughly combined.
Beat in remaining flour.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes.
Leave cookies on sheet 1 minute before removing.
