El Gondo
El Gondo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 pkg. chili-o mix, 1/2 c. grated cheese, 1 pkg. yellow rice and 1/2 c. onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown meat and spices to taste (salt, pepper and garlic salt). Add can of tomatoes and chili mix. Cook yellow rice according to directions.
Layer meat, then rice in casserole dish.
Heat soup and milk.
Pour over meat and rice.
Put onions, olives, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese on top. Top with Fritos.
