El Dorado Casserole
El Dorado Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 1 pkg. tortilla chips, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce and 1 c. sliced olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Using taco seasoning, prepare meat following package directions.
Add tomato sauce.
Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, chilies and olives in a bowl.
Crush 1/2 package of chips and put in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Add 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 cheese mixture and 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
Repeat layers, finishing with Monterey Jack cheese.
Top with crushed chips and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Pour wine over chicken and return to oven for 30 minutes.
