Eggs Piquant is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp. salt, dash of white pepper, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and small amount chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine first five ingredients.

Add milk gradually, stirring until smooth; add cheese.

Cook over low heat until cheese melts and mixture is thick and smooth (about five minutes).

Put two tablespoons of mixture in the bottom of six custard cups.

Break an egg into each cup.

Add another two tablespoons of mixture on top of each.

Place in shallow pan containing one inch of hot water. Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
