Take the piece of bread and press firmly in the center of a greased cookie sheet.
Square the 4 pieces of cheese around the bread and press firmly in the center to form an indentation. Crack the egg inside and season to taste.
Cook at 325Β° for approximately 15 minutes.
You can make as many as the family will eat and the kids can help.
