Eggs for Brunch
Eggs For Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, 2 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled, 2 c. milk and 1 doz. eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with butter.
Remove crust from bread and line slices in bottom of pan.
Sprinkle cheese over bread and spread crumbled bacon over cheese.
Beat together the rest of the ingredients and pour on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Serves 10 to 12.
