Eggs for a Crowd
Eggs For A Crowd is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 doz. eggs, 1/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. margarine, 2 cans golden mushroom soup and 1 large can mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix eggs with milk and scramble with margarine until soft and fluffy.
(I do 1/2 at a time.)
Mix soup with mushrooms.
In a large cake pan, layer 1/2 the eggs, 1/2 the sauce and 1/2 the grated cheese.
Repeat, ending with cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Store overnight, covered.
Do not use tinfoil.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour.
