Eggs For A Crowd is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 14 to 16 slices bread (i "decrust" them), 4 c. milk, 8 eggs, beaten, 2 tbsp. dry mustard and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend milk, eggs and spices.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer 7 to 8 slices of bread.
Cover with half of cheese and half the egg mixture.
Repeat, using balance of ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight or all day.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Let set a few minutes.
Cut into squares.
