Eggs A Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork sausage, 1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls, 2 c. grated mozzarella cheese, 7 eggs and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Crumble sausage in skillet and cook until browned.
Drain; line bottom of a buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforation to seal.
Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage.
Bake at 425Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes; cut into squares.
Serve immediately.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
