Eggnog Pound Cake
Eggnog Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. shortening, 3 c. sugar, 6 eggs and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter and shortening.
Gradually add sugar.
Beat well. Add eggs beating after each addition.
Add flour to creamed mixture alternately with eggnog mix until blended.
Stir in flavorings.
Pour into a greased Bundt cake pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove.
One cup of chopped pecans or walnuts can be added if desired.
