Mix ingredients.
Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before removing from pans.
Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
