Eggnog Bread
Eggnog Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt and 1 c. candied fruit mix or fruitcake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine flour, nutmeg, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in fruit and nuts.
Combine eggs, eggnog, vanilla and melted butter.
Pour eggnog mixture into flour mixture.
Stir just until thoroughly combined.
Pour batter into 1 large or 2 medium loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour.
Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pans.
Great or spray pans with nonstick spray.
