Eggnog
Eggnog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg yolks, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 4 c. nonfat milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg yolks, sugar and salt.
Stir in 2 cups of milk.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture coats a spoon.
Remove from heat; add remaining milk.
Stir in vanilla and brandy flavoring.
Cover and chill.
To serve, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Carefully fold yolk mixture into beaten egg whites. Serve in cups, sprinkle with nutmeg.
