Eggnog
Eggnog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. brandy, rye or whiskey, 1/2 c. jamaican rum and 6 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
Beat in sugar. Slowly add brandy and rum.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, whipped cream and milk to thin. Place in punch bowl; sprinkle with nutmeg.
