Egg-Spinach Casserole

Thaw spinach and put in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
Put mushrooms on top of spinach and then crumble croutons and sprinkle on top of mushrooms.
Beat eggs and spices and pour over top.
Pour milk over top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until done.
