Egg Soufflé

Brown and drain sausage and bacon.
Butter a 9 x 12-inch pan. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on bottom.
Break eggs, then break yolks; don't stir.
Distribute evenly.
Add sausage and bacon evenly. Pour whipping cream over mixture, then add remaining cheese. Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Cut into squares.
