Egg Soufflé
Egg Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cubed french bread, 3 c. ham (1 1/2 lb.), cubed, 3 c. cubed cheese, 3 tbsp. flour and 3 tbsp. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Butter a large casserole and make three layers each as follows
1 cup bread crumbs, 1 cup cubed ham and 1 cup cheese. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour and 1 tablespoon butter and repeat.
Blend eggs, milk, mustard and pepper.
Pour over casserole mixture of bread, ham and cheese.
Chill 4 hours or overnight.
Bake at 350° for one hour.
Serve with tossed green salad, roll and dessert.
