Egg Sausage Brunch
Egg Sausage Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 beaten eggs, 2 c. milk, 6 slices white bread without crusts, cubed, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine eggs, salt and mustard. Beat together. Add milk, bread, cheese and sausage. Stir to blend. Pour into 8 x 12 Pyrex baking dish (buttered). Refrigerate overnight.
Place dish in pan of water (1/2 to 1-inch) in preheated 350Β° oven. Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
