Egg Salad Melt
Egg Salad Melt is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, hard boiled, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/3 c. celery, small diced, salt and pepper to taste and 6 slices cheddar cheese, mild, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix together, chopped up hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise and celery.
Lightly toast the bread.
Place 3 slices of the bread on a cookie sheet.
Top each with 1/3 of the egg salad.
Top with the cheese.
Place under a hot broiler until the cheese has just melted.
Top with the remaining toasted bread.
Serve immediately.
