Egg Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 hard-cooked eggs, chopped, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper, 1/4 c. chopped celery and 2 tbsp. chopped pimiento, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Blend together cream cheese, mayonnaise, chili sauce, salt and pepper.
Add to egg mixture. Mix well.
Makes 4 cups.
