Egg Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. hamburger, 1 large onion, diced, 2 c. shredded carrots, 2 c. diced potato and 1 c. bean sprouts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown hamburger; drain.

Add onion, carrots, potatoes and bean sprouts.

Stir together well.

Add soy sauce and garlic powder (to taste).

Mix well.

Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir well again, taste and then let simmer again for 10 minutes. Set mixture aside and let cool.

When cool, follow directions on egg roll wrapper and roll.

This makes 8 to 10 dozen egg rolls. These can be frozen and taken out as needed.

After rolled, cook in preheated skillet of oil until just brown.
