Egg Platski
Egg Platski is an easy dinner. Made with 8 eggs, 3 heaping tbsp. sugar, 3 heaping tbsp. flour and 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar and flour and beat well until all lumps disappear.
Add milk and continue to mix.
Batter will be thin.
Put 1/4 cup batter into hot griddle.
Spread batter thinly into the pan.
Cooks quickly.
Flip and cook on the other side. Spread with jam or leave plain and roll up.
Makes about 12 platski.
