Egg Pie
Egg Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat eggs and sugar well, then add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked shell.
With metal spoon, remove foam from top of pie.
Bake at 425Β° for approximately 30 minutes.
Pie will still be shaky, but will finish cooking after being taken from the oven.
