Egg Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 stick margarine, 1 heaping tsp. flour, 3 eggs and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

👨🍳 Instructions
Mix sugar and margarine together; add flour and eggs (one at a time).
Add milk to mixture, along with vanilla, mixing well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
Lower to 325° and cook 25 to 30 minutes longer.
Done when toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
