Egg Nog Bread Pudding
Egg Nog Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. bread, 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, 32 oz. eggnog, 2 c. half and half and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan and cut bread into 1-inch chunks. Coarsely chop chocolate and toss with bread in a pan.
In large bowl, whisk eggnog, half and half, sugar, coffee and eggs.
Pour this over the bread and dot with butter.
Set dish in large roaster and place on oven rack.
Fill roaster with water halfway up the side of baking dish.
Bake 1 hour until a knife blade comes out clean.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar serving warm with ice cream topping.
Oven temperature should be 325Β° for baking.
