Egg Nog
Egg Nog is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 pt. milk, 1 pt. cream and 1 pt. bourbon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat separately egg yolks and whites.
Add 1/4 cup sugar to yolks while beating.
Add 1/4 cup sugar to whites after beating them very stiffly.
Mix whites with yolks.
Stir in cream, milk and then bourbon.
Stir thoroughly.
Serve very cold.
Sprinkle a tiny amount of nutmeg on top of each serving.
Yields 5 pints.
