Egg Custard Pie
Egg Custard Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 c. sweet milk, 1/2 stick butter and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar then eggs.
Add butter and vanilla and mix well. Then add sweet milk and mix well.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Put in deep dish pie crust and pick with fork for 5-10 minutes until it quits popping.
Pour in filling an bake for 4 minutes. Turn oven to 300 degrees an bake for 1 hour or until pie is set.
