Egg Custard Pie
Egg Custard Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 6 eggs, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, pinch of salt and 2 c. milk (i use half and half), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream butter, sugar and salt together.
Add 3 eggs and mix well.
Add 3 more eggs and mix well.
Pour in milk and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Pour into a 9-inch deep dish pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake in 425° oven for 10 minutes.
Turn oven down to 350° and cook for 30 minutes longer.
