Egg Custard Pie
Egg Custard Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 stick margarine, 2 1/2 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 6 large eggs, well beaten and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine in milk over low heat.
Add sugar to beaten eggs and add vanilla.
Pour into milk mixture while it is still over heat; mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325° for 20 minutes or until custard is done but still "jiggly".
