Scald milk with margarine in pot (do not boil) or double boiler.
Beat eggs, sugar and flavoring with electric mixer.
Pour milk/margarine over this mixture and beat.
Pour in pie shells.
Bake 10 minutes at 450°; turn down and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.
