Egg Custard
Egg Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. hot milk, 1/2 stick margarine, 4 large eggs, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 shake of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Pour hot milk over margarine; add sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla and coloring.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into deep pie crust, then sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 375Β°. Do not open oven door for 17 minutes.
Pie is cooked when tip of paring knife comes out clean after inserting halfway between center and edge of pie.
