Egg Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. milk, 1 tsp. lemon flavoring and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients except the pie shell in a blender.
Pour mixture into pie shell and bake in a 350Β° oven until custard thickens (approximately 30 minutes).
You may use egg substitute if you are watching your cholesterol.
If you do not have a pie shell, this recipe is good baked in a pie plate.
