Egg Custard
Egg Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1/3 c. flour, 1 1/2 cans water and 1 stick butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter and mix flour and sugar and cream with butter or margarine.
Beat eggs and add together with all other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie and cook at 400° until top is lightly brown.
Reduce heat to 250° or 300° or cook until filling is slightly thick.
Take out of oven and it will finish cooking. Very delicious!!!
