Remove yolks from eggs; put into a sieve over a bowl.
Place rings of white on buttered bread.
Sieve egg yolks and ends of whites.
Mix sieved eggs, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and vinegar.
Beat until smooth.
