Egg-Cheese-Ham Bake
Egg-Cheese-Ham Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices stale homemade bread (yeast type), 1 stick butter, melted, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, 2 small cans mushrooms and 1/3 c. onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut bread in small squares.
Put half in buttered long cake pan.
Pour half of the melted butter over the bread.
Make 2 layers: bread, butter, 1/2 cheese, 1 can mushrooms, onions and 1/2 ham.
Mix together milk, salt, paprika and eggs.
Pour over layers.
Make the night before serving and let stand in refrigerator.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until done.
